Rabies:
- Causes death and can be transmitted to humans
- First given at 12 weeks of age
- Boostered yearly
DHPPC (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvo, Corona)
- Deadly viral diseases of all dogs
- First given at 6-8 weeks of age
- Boostered every 3-4 weeks until the puppy is at least 4 months old
- Boostered yearly
Bordetella:
- Causes bronchitis and cold-like symptoms
- First given at 8 weeks of age
- Boostered in 3-4 weeks
- Boostered yearly
Lyme Disease:
- Causes arthritis and joint disease
- First given at 8 weeks of age
- Boostered in 3-4 weeks
- Boostered yearly
All pets should be boostered at least once in 3-4 weeks on all vaccinations except Rabies regardless of age. First vaccinations immunize pets for approximately 3-4 weeks only if not boostered.
