Pet Doctor is located at 828 Rochell Ct., Rockwall, TX 75032, near Petco. We also serve Heath and surrounding areas. Our location provides convenient access for families looking for a veterinarian in Rockwall or Heath.
What are your hours?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM. We are closed on Sunday.
Please note: Grooming is not available on Saturdays.

We also encourage new clients to look over our online forms, as we have ones for specific services, such as physical exams, surgery or teeth cleaning, recheck visits, and inpatient euthanasia. Who will be caring for my pet?
Our veterinary team includes experienced veterinarians and a professional care team, led by Dr. Keith Webb, our veterinarian and clinic owner. Dr. Keith has more than 40 years of experience caring for animals, and our current veterinary team also includes Dr. Todd Shomette and Dr. Samantha Kreminski, whose interests include diagnostic imaging and chronic care.
Our team also includes experienced veterinary staff, including a surgery supervisor with experience in both general and emergency practices. What signs mean my pet needs veterinary care immediately?

Our low-cost vaccine clinic provides affordable vaccination options for dogs and cats and operates as a walk-in service every other Thursday. Dog options include rabies, distemper, parvo, leptospirosis, Bordetella, Lyme, and heartworm testing, while cat options include rabies, feline distemper, feline leukemia, and infectious peritonitis.
Because this clinic is walk-in only, appointments cannot be scheduled specifically for the low-cost vaccination service. We recommend checking with us for current pricing and clinic details before visiting.

Can I request my pet’s medication online?
Yes. Established clients can use our PetPage app to request medication refills, schedule appointments, update their information, and set up reminders, even when our office is closed.
We also provide a dedicated medication refill request option. Refill requests may take up to two business days to be reviewed before payment and preparation. Medication requests are reviewed by our veterinarians before they are filled.
